Staff Chile

As part of MRC, I worked with Staff Chile, the fastest growing bankruptcy lawyer studio and leader in the Chilean market. I oversaw most of the digital transformation of their lead-obtaining strategies, just at a moment the pandemic forced them to change much of their operation.

Key challenges

  • Most of their leads came from physical strategies and very little digital.
  • Due to the pandemic, all their 20 physical offices had to be closed for over a year.
  • This came while they were expecting to grow their reach and expand to more cities.

Solution

  • Developed a lead-obtaining campaign through different integrated digital touch points, including social media organic content, social media ad campaigns, website, landing pages, Google Ads and mailing. With a special attention to remarketing and lead recovery.
  • Constant evaluation of real-time results to take immediate action in optimizing tactics, as well as long-time metrics to evaluate optimization for campaigns and strategies.
  • Constant testing of new ad formats.
  • Optimizing funnel to increase quality of leads and get more sales.

Results

  • While we can’t share the exact results, the company grew 4 times in year 2020 and achieved their expansion plans, all these while obtaining most of their leads thanks to digital strategies.

Sante Helena Wines

Working at MRC I lead the social media account and digital advertising campaigns for Santa Helena Wines, a Chilean winery focused on their export wines.

Key challenges

  • Needed to increase brand awareness and introduce their recently renewed visual identity using multiple digital touchpoints, with special focus on Facebook.
  • Campaign was targeted at audiences in different countries like Mexico, Brazil, Ireland, and Colombia. This meant different languages, different products, different time zones and different ways of consuming wine.
  • They had multiple Facebook pages for each country. Most of them with outdated content and some of them with no administrative access.

Solution

  • Unify all Facebook pages under one.
  • Created targeted organic post filtered for each country under the same page.
  • Created content targeted at each country. Including wine pairings with local food, local ways of consuming wine and celebrating local events.
  • Coordinates with local distributor so they could take advantage of our social media platforms.
  • Created ad campaigns using Facebook Ads, Google Ads and YouTube ads.

Results

  • Unified identity on social media.
  • Surpassed their stablished monthly KPI of 60K engagement 4K new followers.
  • Increased their followers in %165.
  • 2K average likes on every organic post.

Dental Gana

With 20 years' experience selling Johnson & Johnson Dental Sutures, Dental Gana was struggling to take on new clients and compete with newly formed companies.

Key challenges

  • Client database was growing old.
  • Current clients didn't see the benefits of switching to better products.
  • Little brand awareness from new dentists, who valued finding information online.
  • Dental Gana had almost no online presence.

Solution

  • Understand their current client’s pain points and create content to address those issues.
  • Understand new target audience uses of digital platforms.
  • Created a website with information of all their products as well as explanation on when and how to use them. Special attention to SEO for organic traffic.
  • Created a Facebook and Linkedin page.
  • Create Facebook ad campaigns to promote the new website.
  • Helped the owner create a personal Linkedin page to take advantage of his position in the industry.

Results

  • Over 150% monthly increase in sales.
  • New, younger client database. Mostly thanks to organic traffic.
